I'm an Engineering Leader with 7+ years building distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines across e-commerce, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Promoted from developer to Team Lead within months at Hitachi Vantara — I lead teams, not just write code.
My background is unconventional — I trained as an Aerospace Engineer through the elite PFIEV program at HCMUT, a Franco-Vietnamese engineering track equivalent to a Master's. That mindset — precision, systems thinking, and a bias for correctness — follows me into every line of code.
My trajectory: Senior Engineer → Tech Lead → Founder/CTO. Today I build my own products while heading toward Head of Engineering roles. I care about building high-performing teams and shipping things that work for real people.

Full-stack restaurant operations system for a multi-branch Vietnamese restaurant — POS terminals, kitchen display system (KDS), real-time order flow, menu management, staff access control, and multi-branch support. Built from scratch as solo founder-engineer.
Real-time e-commerce analytics for Shopify merchants — processing 100K+ data points/hour across ads, revenue, and cost tracking. High-throughput Go microservices handling 1,000+ RPS. Led performance engineering, designed in-house ad analytics pipelines. Product of the Year at FireGroup.
Built a large-scale Asset Management Platform from scratch — managing millions of assets (trucks, containers, heavy machinery) for a major enterprise client. Designed core architecture, database schemas, CI/CD pipelines. Passed enterprise-level security and performance audits.
Backend services for cybersecurity products serving enterprise clients across Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore. Made high-impact architectural decisions on technology stack and database design. Resolved long-standing production issues improving platform reliability.
Core backend services powering one of Vietnam's top e-commerce platforms — Product, Cart, PayLater (BNPL), and Checkout. Performance-critical systems handling millions of users. Optimised both new and legacy services, resolving bottlenecks at scale.
